In a Done Day, we focus on knocking out a wide array of digital tasks that can significantly enhance your online presence and digital operations. The exact accomplishments will depend on your unique needs and priorities and your preparedness, which we’ll discuss in detail before your Done Day to ensure we’re fully prepared to make the most of our time together.
What if my project takes more than one day?
If we anticipate that your project needs may extend beyond the scope of a single Done Day, we’ll discuss this during our initial consultation. For larger projects, we can book multiple Done Days or explore a traditional project structure that spreads the work over a longer period. Our goal is always to find the most efficient and effective way to bring your vision to life, respecting both time and quality.
What is required of me for a successful Done Day?
A successful Done Day relies on good preparation and clear communication. Before your Done Day, we’ll need you to:
- Provide a detailed list of tasks and goals you’d like to achieve.
- Share any necessary access credentials (securely) for websites, social media accounts, or other digital tools.
- Be available for quick communication throughout the day for any questions or clarifications that may arise.
- Have any content, images, or other materials ready if they’re needed for your tasks.
We’ll work closely with you before your Done Day to ensure everything is in place for a productive session.
Do you still take on traditional projects?
Yes, we do! While our Done Day is designed to offer rapid, focused progress on digital tasks, we understand that some projects require more extensive, ongoing support. We continue to offer traditional project engagements such as comprehensive web design and deployment, social media management, commercial photography services and more. Feel free to reach out with your project details, and we’ll tailor our approach to best meet your needs.
When do I pay for my project?
Payment for your Done Day is required upfront to secure your spot on our calendar. This policy helps us ensure that we’re dedicating our full attention and resources to your project on your scheduled day. We accept a variety of payment methods and will provide all the details you need to make the process as smooth as possible.
Do you only work with clients in Indiana?
Absolutely not! About 25% of my clients are from all over the United States. I LOVE learning about businesses in other areas of the country. Let’s chat about yours!
